By using our service, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Date privacy is of high importance for Clean Kickz Club, and we want to be open and transparent with the processing of your personal data.
Who is the controller of your personal data?
Clean Kickz Club LTD. is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your data under applicable data protection law.
What are your rights?
Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
Object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.
Request restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios:
• If you want us to establish the data’s accuracy.
• Where our use of the data is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it.
• Where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• You have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
Request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
Our promise to you is to give your kickz the most reasonable clean possible from the service that you have requested. We will always give you our opinion on which treatment we think would be best for your kickz, but to be known that our opinion is only advisable and that the treatment you choose purely comes down to your own preference.
We use highly specialist cleaning products within each treatment, however this does not guarantee to remove all stains, defects and faults which were previously camouflaged in manufacture and may become more apparent after the cleaning process, and although every care is taken, we cannot always disguise natural flaws or totally remove adhesives, or other techniques employed by the manufacturer.
All items are therefore only accepted by us for work at your own risk.
With age, leather and suede shoes can become worn and discoloured. Dirt on the item can sometimes hide this wear & tear which can be exposed during the cleaning process. If this happens you will be notified and offered an upgrade to your service to restore the colour to these areas where possible. It is not our cleaning process that has caused this damage and so we will not be liable for it.
Dirt can also be mistaken for shine, which in the cleaning process will be removed. Clean Kickz Club are not responsible for the loss of shine during the cleaning process. The basic price of cleaning does not include the removal of heavy or ingrained stains.
We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Linings that are heavily soiled may be particularly difficult to clean satisfactorily. The basic price of cleaning does not include the removal of heavy or ingrained stains. If a stain cannot be removed on a leather item, we will endeavour to cover the stain with the appropriate colour. This process cannot be done on suede, nubuck, canvas or fabric. This service is not included within the price of cleaning.
Suede/Nubuck – some types of stains may not be removable and stains already present may become more obvious with cleaning. Because of the nature of the material, significant improvements are not always possible. In some cases, colours can become faded with cleaning, and any embossed print can be affected.
During the Colour Restoration process, we cannot guarantee that any contrast coloured stitching will remain untouched.
The more work that is required to restore your kickz the more processes and products will be required. This may in certain circumstances slightly alter the way your kickz feel. At all times we will endeavour to keep the item to as near to the original as possible.
Midsole Repaint Disclaimer
Please read through this carefully.
By using the ‘Midsole Repaint’ restoration service, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this disclaimer. Clean Kickz Club will not be held responsible for any damage the Kickz suffer as a result of using the restoration service.
We will only carry out the work that you have requested.
We will always give you our honest opinion on if we think the restoration, you require can be possible.
When we repaint your Kickz midsoles, we cannot guarantee that the restoration will give life lasting results.
When we do Midsole Repaints, we are only painting over the manufactured midsole not replacing it or changing its shape.
Each restoration will be given scratch resistance coating to help keep the acrylic paint in place and from scratching of as easy but this cannot guarantee long lasting protection or cracking of the paint.
This service is not suitable for the everyday pair of Kickz. We say this as if we were to use this restoration service on a pair of Kickz that you were to wear often, then there would be more chance of the restoration that we carried out to weaken which could result in the acrylic paints cracking and chipping.
We offer this service a 3-month warranty so you can return them at any time free of charge if liability falls into our hands.

Prices & Payment
The price of the services you order is the price that is displayed on social media channels at the time you confirm your order. We will confirm your total price by Direct Message through the Social Media platforms Instagram, Facebook & Whatsapp. All prices are in £(GBP).
Clean Kickz Club accepts payments by a valid debit card, or Cash. Payment must be made in £(GBP).
You agree and acknowledge that no treatments will be started on your kickz until the final invoice bill has been paid.
You agree and acknowledge that if payment is not made within 14 days and after 3 reminder calls, you are willing to let Clean Kickz Club. sell your kickz third party to cover the cost of your invoice to settle the payment.
Clean Kickz Club reserves the right to refuse an order, wholly or partially.
Delivery & Pick Ups + Charges
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver our services within the timescales which were given during the process and on the individual order confirmation to the User. Such timescales are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon.
Clean Kickz Club will not except any responsibility in the process of you sending your kickz in to us. Responsibility will be in our hands when we have your kickz. We will take no responsibility of your kickz as soon as they are handed over to the courier.
Refunds will only be offered on damage caused by ourselves and not in transit. We will take no liability for your Kickz when they are out of our hands.
We pick up and drop of within the Cheshire area, anything scaled out further can be arranged or posted with one of our trusted couriers.
If there is no one present at the time of delivery, you will be asked to contact our team to arrange an alternative delivery date or collection. There may be an additional charge for this.
Drop offs to our location would be the preferred delivery option which comes at no extra charge.
